    This is a Bakersfield icon! The pastrami is some of the best in town and their fries are second to none! But don't stop there...the mini red chili burritos and even their fried burrito are delicious! Great burgers as well...

    Iv been eating there all my life 55 years worth of great food . They make the best burgers and shakes. I don't live here anymore but when I come through town I always stop at Andre's.

    I worked there may, may years ago. Now everytime I go back to Bakersfield I have to stop and get one of their wonderful Pastrami sandwiches. I've tried to recreate them at home, but they never turn out as good as Andre's. If John or Joe Andre read this, Hello from Barbara Linnenbrink, Goodman. Haven't seen you since 1983.
